Envision 2025 Horry County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee Members

4/3/07 Update: This membership list reflects changes since the 3/9/07 list, namely:

The addition of George Edwards, Mitchell Flannery, Kitty Howell, and David Duvall.

Mitchell Flannery and Kitty Howell were listed as designees by D.R. Horton and Doctor's Care then.

Now they are shown as County Council District 2 and District 5 appointees.

Pat Lebiedz originally appointed for District 2 and elected as Co-Chairman is no longer listed on the committee.

David Duvall remains to be shown as an appointee of Black Water Development, an organization,

I am told, was not listed in the County Council ordinance forming the steering committee.
